Tempting Talent was born in 2017 as the talent consulting arm of Tempting Ventures, a recruitment focused Venture Capital firm.

Since then, Tempting Talent has become the leading consultancy to the Recruitment & Executive Search industry in America, with offices in New York and London.

Our vision is to become the leading investor and embedded talent partner for VC & PE, Executive Search and Staffing Firms.
