What is your biggest achievement outside of work, and how has that shaped your values?

Earning a soccer scholarship to the U.S. was a lifelong dream that required resilience, dedication, and grit. That experience shaped the core values I bring to my work today: determination, consistency, and a relentless drive to succeed on behalf of my clients and candidates.
