I combine a relationship-first approach with a deep market understanding to identify high-performing, revenue-generating talent. My consultive strategy and focus on each client's goals allows me to ensure they are introduced to candidates who have a long-term, real commercial impact.

What is your biggest achievement outside of work, and how has that shaped your values?

Outside of work, my biggest achievement has been reaching the Division 1 level in lacrosse. The years of discipline, determination, and grit taught me the importance of committing fully to a goal. The qualities shape how I approach my work and support my clients.
