What is your biggest achievement outside of work, and how has that shaped your values?

My biggest achievement outside of work is playing rugby professionally across Europe, going on to live and compete in five different countries. These experiences have given me an appreciation for different cultures and perspectives, and years in elite sport environments instilled the high standards, discipline and competitive mindset I live by today.
