What is your biggest achievement outside of work, and how has that shaped your values?

Competing as a Division One football player stands as my biggest achievement outside of work. Operating in a demanding, high-expectation environment taught me the importance of preparation, accountability, and consistent execution. Those lessons now translate directly into how I work, setting clear goals, maintaining high standards, communicating effectively with clients and candidates while delivering results consistently in a fast-paced environment.

What client type do you focus on most?

I'm part of the staffing team. My focus is predominantly around Corporate & Professional Services and also working within the Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry.

In your opinion, what is the most value you offer to your clients?  

I help clients and candidates achieve seamless, successful outcomes by focusing on execution, understanding their needs, and building trust. By collaborating closely with both sides, I make sure every placement creates lasting value and meaningful relationships. My experience as a Division One college football player taught me the discipline, focus, and drive that I bring to every search.
