I work with high-growth Executive Search agencies, focused across Private Markets, Technology and supporting VC/PE Talent functions.
In your opinion, what is the most value you offer to your clients?
I focus on identifying high-performing, revenue-driving talent, using a proactive and highly targeted approach to connect clients with candidates who deliver measurable commercial results.
What is your biggest achievement outside of work, and how has that shaped your values?
Reaching the Division I level in track and field as a pole vaulter is my biggest achievement outside of work. Competing at that level demanded discipline, resilience, and a commitment to constant improvement. That athletic background shaped my values by instilling a growth mindset and a habit of giving 100% effort to every goal, inside and outside of work.
