I partner with Executive Search firms, as well as VC and PE funds looking to scale their internal Talent and Human Capital functions.

I bring a strategic, founder-led perspective to every engagement—whether placing revenue-generating leaders, advising on compensation models, or helping clients build and structure high-performing teams. My focus is always on long-term value creation, not short-term wins.

What is your biggest achievement outside of work, and how has that shaped your values?

Building Tempting Talent across two continents has been a defining personal and professional achievement. That journey has reinforced the importance of consistency, curiosity, and ownership—values first shaped through years of playing competitive rugby. The discipline and team-first mindset I developed on the field continue to inform how I lead, coach, and scale high-performance teams.
