Tempting Talent is currently partnered with a growing Real Estate Search firm. Over the last 5 years they have experienced impressive growth across the southern United States and they are currently seeking ambitious recruiters to help grow in strategic territories such as Florida, Georgia, Mid-West and Colorado.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the strategic direction and growth initiatives of the Real Estate function, from targeting new geographies to opening new markets.

  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their talent needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions that exceed expectations.

  • Team Management: Being involved in the expansion of the team. So, you will need to build and mentor a high-performing team of full desk recruiters, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

  • Driving revenue; you will be responsible for driving revenue from clients and also from the team.

Qualifications:

  • Strong 360 recruitment experience

  • Ideally experience within Real Estate or Construction (not mandatory)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.

  • Management experience

  • Entrepreneurial mindset

  • Be able to leverage existing client relationships.
