Company Overview
We are working with a privately owned Healthcare Staffing firm based out of NYC focused on local Nursing and Allied Health contracts, operating nationally.
The firm is a women owned business, established in 2020 and last year generated $8 million in sales.
Role Responsibilities
You would be working directly alongside the CEO in conducting new business and be supported by a team of experienced account managers and a diverse delivery team to place into your clients.
You would be given the freedom to work fully remotely, be in a mature environment where you have full autonomy in running your desk and choose where you conduct your new business development.
The role would begin as an Individual Contributor role, with the opportunity to build a team and bring on Business Development Executives to manage once after a successful ramp up period.
Compensation
Working this role will see you earn a salary between $80k-$120k + a personalized commission plan and benefits (401k, Healthcare, Vision, Dental etc.)
