Our client, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced professional to join their team and lead the placement of HR, Legal, and Accounting & Finance experts. The ideal candidate will have some management or mentor experience and a track record of successfully growing a warm desk.

Responsibilities:

• Place candidates with HR, Legal or Accounting & Finance backgrounds into an existing client portfolio.

• Develop new business and expand the client base.

• Build and lead a team of recruitment professionals over time.

• 3+ years’ experience in recruitment with a focus on HR, Legal or Accounting and Finance placements.

• Some management or mentoring experience.
