We are working with the leading venture backed Software executive search firm. This is a unique position, working directly with their Founding team to build out their Financial Officers practice. The Founder would work directly with you, to develop your career and support you in building the practice.

This business is incredibly respected by Silicon Valley's top VC funds, they are obsessed with providing top-tier service and expect all of their team to live that value.

Responsibilities:

• Winning high quality CFO searches for top tier VC backed software firms.

• Managing client relationships with VC Talent Partners.

• Building a high-touch and detail orientated practice, focused on Financial Officers searches.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong CFO network and a track record of originating $1m+ in new business from Series A - C 

• Experience in the core markets of Venture Capital portfolio search and contacts within these funds.

• Ability to work independently with team mates working remotely.

• Commitment to excellent customer service, focusing on both the client and the candidate.
