Our client, an independent boutique executive search firm, is seeking a Principal or Partner to join their team. This business is a grown up environment, led by industry veterans that wanted to create a client centric search firm. All searches are led by a Partner, with support from one researcher. Responsibilities:

• Building a book of business in Supply Chain

• Drive financial growth and achieve sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies

• Coach and mentor team members to achieve their goals

Opportunity for candidates:

• Financial Opportunity: $100k to $150K base / 50% payout on billings

• Career Progression Opportunity: To lead and build out a practice

Ideal candidate:

• Strong billing history with a proven track record of  over $500k.

• Very commercial with excellent business acumen

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Desire to be client first
