We are currently partnered with a leading International renewable energy staffing and Search firm, focusing on placing functionally agnostic professionals within the ESG space.

Having been stablished in 2021, they have quickly grown to being one of the leaders for finding niche talent within Renewables markets.

Role Responsibilities

You would be conducting full-desk recruitment across a range of functions within the ESG space, including but not limited to Engineering and Technical, Development, Finance, Legal, and more.

You would be given the freedom to work fully remotely, be in a mature environment where you have full autonomy in running your desk and have the free reign to expand into lucrative new markets within the ESG space.

The role would begin as an Individual Contributor role, with the opportunity to move quickly into a leadership position within their flat organisational structure.

Compensation

Working this role will see you earn a salary up to $90k + an aggressive commission plan and benefits (401k, Healthcare, Vision, Dental etc.)

Skills needed

• Current experience within full desk recruitment

• While experience recruiting within Renewables and ESG is preferred, a desire to want to switch markets to those fields would also be of interest.

• A track record of new client acquisition from your own personal business development

• 1-3 years’ experience within a staffing agency
