Overview:

We have been retained by a growing boutique Executive Search firm, that is looking for a Senior Associate to be based out of New York. You will be supporting a Partner across searches exclusively in the Venture-backed Digital Health and Healthcare Technology space.This role offers remote working, but with an office in NYC.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate development of C-Suite candidates across Digital Health and Health-Tech.

• Participating in and contributing to client calls.

• Supporting in business development, through preparing for pitches and generating leads.

Ideal Candidate:

• Retained search experience, with at least 1 year's experience in an executive search environment

• Experience in the core markets of Venture Capital, Digital Health or Technology.

• Get it done mentality, focused on getting the task done to a high quality within deadlines
