Position Overview: In this position, you will join an experienced temp team placing front, middle, and back-office professionals not only into financial services but also into other industries, as their contract team is industry agnostic. The role is full 360, requiring you to deliver candidates at the highest level and focus on clients, helping to build existing relationships and add more.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform at the highest level as a contract recruiter in financial services.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their talent needs, and delivering customized recruitment solutions that exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in placing individuals in financial services contracts.

• Deep understanding of financial services and building a book in contract.
